Make changes to your foreign business?

In most cases, you can change the information that is registered on your Norwegian registered foreign business by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
For businesses registered in The Register of Business Enterprises it is not possible to use the electronic form unless there is a general manager, Norwegian representative, board for the activity in Norway or a person who is authorised to sign.
It is not possible to use the electronic form if you want to make changes or submit new information about the business in country of origin.
