You can subscribe to all annual accounts data from the Register of Annual Accounts
The subscription service provides delivery of figures from the annual accounts in XML-format. The delivery includes auditor’s remarks. Your subscription can also comprise copies of annual accounts via TIFF.
The subscription includes all the annual accounts registered in the Register of Annual Accounts. This amounts to approximately 300,000 annually. Note that information about the shareholders or the salary of the general manager in the annual accounts is not registered by the Register of Annual Accounts.
- We have a fixed annual fee for the delivery of annual accounts data. It includes both delivery of accounting figures and a copy of the annual accounts. The fee varies according to the number of people who subscribe to the service at any time. Currently, there are five subscribers who pay NOK 480,000.00 each. An increase to six subscribers will reduce the fee to NOK 400,000.00.

- Terms of subscription to annual accounts are regulated by the standard framework agreement
- You need to sign and submit both a framework agreement and a sub-agreement to access the service
- You can submit the agreements to us by way of e-mail or post
Annual accounts are delivered in XML format to an SFTP account at the Brønnøysund Register Centre. If desired, we can send you a technical description.
