Planlagt nedetid i Enhetsregisteret, Foretaksregisteret og Frivillighetsregisteret i slutten av mai

Fra og med 27. mai kl. 17:00 fram til og med 31. mai 2026, vil vi ikke saksbehandle meldinger til Enhetsregisteret, Foretaksregisteret og Frivillighetsregisteret på grunn av systemoppgraderinger.

Innrapporteringstjenestene våre er åpne, og meldinger du sender i denne perioden blir behandlet så raskt som mulig etter at registrene åpner 1. juni.

Unntaket er for organisasjonsformene forening, eierseksjonssameie og tingsrettslig sameie der det ikke vil være mulig å sende inn meldinger fra og med 24. mai. Ny innrapporteringsjeneste for disse organisasjonsformene åpner 2. juni.

Søketjenestene våre er åpne hele tiden. Du får ikke oppdatert konkurs-status i virksomhetsopplysninger i perioden 29. mai – 2. juni, men Kunngjøringer vil være oppdatert.

Scheduled downtime in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, the Register of Business Enterprises and the Register of Non‑Profit Organisations at the end of May

From 27 May at 5pm until and including 31 May, we will not process any cases in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, the Register of Business Enterprises and the Register of Non‑Profit Organisations due to system upgrades.

Our reporting services will remain open, and any notifications you submit during this period will be processed as soon as possible after the registers reopen on 1 June.

There is an exception for the organisation types associations, condominium flat owners, and joint ownership according to the law of property. It will not be possible to submit notifications from 24 May. A new reporting service for these organisation types will open on 2 June.

Our search services will remain available at all times. You will not get information about bankruptcy status in Information on organisations from 29 May – 2 June but our Announcements will be updated.
