Striking off a condominium flat owner

A condominium is struck off through one single registration.
This means that you only submit one notification of deletion.
No attachments are required. The deletion is confirmed by declaring in the form that the condominum has:
- ceased to exist and a lawful decision has been passed by the annual meeting
or
- will continue to exist after it is struck off the Register of Business Enterprises (no resolution from the annual meeting or equivalent is required)
The Brønnøysund Register Centre can do random checks and demand to have the minutes sent at a later point in time.
