Submit the form

To obtain an organisation number, you must register the joint ownership with us by filling in the form Coordinated register notification, signing and submitting it.

Before you begin, make sure that you have

• a national identity number of all the individuals that are to be registered with a role, such as a contact peron or chair of the board.
• all necessary documents electronically available, such as a title deed, agreement or minutes from the joint ownership meeting (if you report a board)

If the joint ownership has an accountant or auditor, he or she must also sign the form electronically.
