Submit the form

To obtain an organisation number, you must register the joint ownership with us by filling in the form Registration in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises in Altinn, signing and submitting it.

Before you begin, make sure that you have

• a national identity number of all the individuals that are to be registered with a role, such as chair of the board, board member or deputy board member.
• all necessary documents electronically available, such as a title deed, agreement or minutes from the joint ownership meeting

If the joint ownership has an accountant or auditor, they must also sign the form electronically.
