Condominium flat owner

A condominium flat owner is made up of ownership interests in a built-up or planned built-up property connected to a land number and property registration number, which is sectioned and officially registered.
The owners own the property jointly, but have exclusive rights to use their own section. A condominium flat owner may consist of both residential sections and industrial sections.
