When will my case be processed?
We cannot say exactly when your case will be processed. The processing times vary depending on the type of case and the number of cases we receive.
We will notify you as soon as your case has been processed.
- Cases that are processed automatically are usually completed within one hour. Annual accounts may take up to 24 hours.
- Registration, changes or deletion of a business that requires manual processing is usually completed within 2 weeks.
- Registrations in the Register of Mortgaged Moveable Property are usually processed on the same day as we receive them.
A case may require manual processing for reasons such as:
- the same registration has been submitted more than once
- the address provided cannot be matched against the Cadastre
- the notification has been submitted by post
- the form has been completed incorrectly
Manual processing may also be required to check:
- the name of the business
- the description of the business activity
- an attachment included with the notification
- because the type of organisation requires manual review
