We receive many enquiries, here are some of the questions that many people ask us.
If you have sent in the notification via Altinn, you will receive a message in “inbox” as soon as processing is complete.
Enter the name or organisation number in the “Company search” field on the right hand side of this page and you will find information about the board members.
Altinn gives you free access to registration certificates and other products about your own company.
If you need certificates for other companies, you can order these from our web shop. Products that are delivered electronically are free of charge, but there is a charge for products that are sent out by post.
To change the composition of the board, you must send in the Coordinated register notification. The form tells you what to fill in and what attachments are needed. To send in the form , you must be logged in as a private individual.
Do you wish to advise the Register of Business Enterprises of waiving auditing this year? To do this you must send in the Coordinated register notification.
In order to change a name, you need to submit the form Coordinated register notification. Please attach minutes from an authorised body, such as the general meeting, showing the decision, and possibly articles of association/partnership agreement/shipping agreement.
