If the joint owernship has a board, this must be registered. If there is no elected board, an individual must be stated as general manager, contact person or a business manager,
A joint ownership needs to register a person either as the general manager, the contact person or the business manager, unless the enterprise has a board. The joint ownership can only register one of these roles.
A joint ownership according to the law of property can choose to have a board. The meeting of joint owners elects the board.
It must be stated in the articles of association/agreement that the joint ownership should have a board, how this is to be elected and which authority the board should have.
When you register a board, you need to attach
- the statutes/an agreement
- the minutes from the meeting of joint owners
Signature rights in a joint ownership can be assigned by unanimous agreement between the co-owners or through the articles of association.
