Make changes to your joint ownership according to the law of property

If you wish to make changes to the information registered on a joint ownership, you must submit the form Coordinated register notification.
You register a new address by submitting the form Coordinated register notification. You can choose whether to change the business address or the postal address.
If you want the joint ownership to only be registered with a postal address with us, please remember to remove the old business address in the form.
If you want to use the address of one of the co-owners as the address of the joint ownership, you must use a c/o address. See the example below:

When the joint ownership has got a new general manager, contact person or business manager, you must submit the new information in the form the Coordinated register notification.
No attachments are required.
When the joint ownership has elected a new board, you must submit the form Corrdinated register notification.
You must attach
- minutes from the meeting of joint owners, showing the election of the board
You submit the form Coordinated register notification in order to change who has signature right in the joint ownership.
You must attach
- unanimous agreement between the co-owners
or - articles of association that has been unanimously adopted
It must be clear from the documentation that the signature has been assigned and whether it is given jointly or separately.
All role holders can report their own resignation. When you resign, you waive all rights and obligations belonging to your role. You have to notify us about your resignation through form Coordinated register notification. Once the resignation has been registered, both the joint ownership and the person resigning will be notified about this.
