Make changes to your condominium flat owner

If you wish to make changes to a condominium flat owner, you do this by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
You register a new name of the condominium flat owner by submitting the form Coordinated register Notification in Altinn.
The new name must be decided by the annual meeting.
You have to attach:
- Minutes from the annual meeting stating the decision to change the name
If this includes registration in The Register of Business Enterprises, you have to attach:
- New articles of association, updated with the new name
You register a new board by submitting the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn . List the entire board as it appears after the election, including any deputy board members. New board members and deputy board members must confirm that they take on the assignment by signing the form.
No attachments are required, but you document the election of the board by declaring in the form that
- the board is lawfully elected at the annual meeting, and
- minutes showing the most recently elected board exist and that it is in correspondence with what is reported in the form.
The Brønnøysund Register Centre can do random checks and demand to have the minutes sent, either while you fill out the form or at a later point in time.
When the condominium changes signature, you must report this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
You must attach
- minutes from the annual meeting showing the assignment of signature rights
- updated articles of association containing the signature provisions
You register an auditor by submitting the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn .
The auditor must be elected by the annual meeting, and confirm taking on the assignment by singing the form.
You must attach
- the minutes from the annual meeting showing the decision
You register an accountant by submitting the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
The accountant must confirm that they take on the assignment by signing the form.
If the condominium flat owner is registered in the Register of Business Enterprises, you must attach documentation showing that the reported accountant has been engaged, unless the entire board has signed the form.
Condominium flat owners registered only in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities
Condominium flat owners that are registered only in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities must not submit new articles of association when these are changed. If the changes concern the name, cadastral number, number of board members or signature rights, you must register these changes through the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
Condominium flat owners registered in both the Register of Business Enterprises and the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities
Only condominium flat owners registered in the Register of Business Enterprises are required to submit new articles of association when changes are made. This is done through the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
You must attach:
- minutes from the general meeting showing the decision to change the articles of association
- the updated articles of association including the new provisions
You can find out which register the conduminium flat owner is registered in by checking Information on organisations.
All role holders can resign from their own role. When you resign, you waive all rights and obligations linked to that role. You can do this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn. Once we have registered the resignation, your role will be marked as inactive. Both you and the organisation will be notified.
