Revoking a demerger

A decision to demerge can be revoked by the same executive body which has made the decision.
The decision to revoke must be made by the acquired company or by all the acquiring companies.
The following documents must be attached
- minutes from the general meeting revoking the decision to demerge
Once we have approved notifications about demergers, we will send feedback and a certificate of registration in the post.
