Below are two examples of beneficial owners identified through combined control.
The examples show a person who is a beneficial owner by adding together their control in intermediate organisations.
Example 1:
The sum of control in several businesses makes Freyja a beneficial owner on an indirect basis in Build AS.
Example 2:
The sum of direct and indirect control makes Freyja a beneficial owner in Build AS.
