31 July is the deadline for submission of complete annual accounts and for the registration of information about beneficial owners.
The annual accounts
You must submit the annual accounts no laterthan 31 July to avoid a late filing penalty. We cannot extend the deadline.

Beneficial owners
All organisations that are obliged to do so, must register whether they have beneficial owners or not. This also applies even if the organisation does not have any activity.
