Found and register a limited company with digital company formation

In collaboration with us, six approved providers offer services to found and register new limited companies through digital company formation.
The six providers are
You must use the coordinated register notification if the company:
- has non-cash assets
- is established as a result of a merger/demerger
- has founders with claims and rights towards the company, cf. section 2-4 of the Limited Liability Companies Act
- has a founder who does not have a Norwegian national identification number, d-number, or organisation number
- has a general manager or board members who do not have a residential address in Norway, the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom/Northern Ireland
- is a financial undertaking
