Make changes to your housing cooperative

If there are changes to the information registered on the housing cooperative, you must update the information with us.

You report a new address by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
New business address
The business address to a housing cooperative is to be a Norwegian street address or name of place.
When changing the address to another municipality, the articles of association have to be changed as well. This type of change must be approved by the general meeting.
When changing to a new municipality, you need to enclose
- minutes from the general meeting
- updated articles of association
New postal address
If you would like your mail sent to a different address than the registered business address, you can report it as a postal address.
When the general meeting has elected a new board, you need to report this in the form Coordinated register notification. List the entire board as it appears after the election, including any deputy board members. New board members and deputy board members must confirm that they have taken on the assignment by signing the form.
When reporting a change in the board, you have to enclose

When the housing cooperative changes the signature rights, you must report this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
You must attach minutes from the board meeting or annual meeting showing the assignment of signature, unless the entire board has signed in the form. It must be clearly stated that the signature right is assigned, and whether it is assigned jointly or separately.
You report a new business manager by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
No attachments are required when you register a business manager.
All role holders can resign from their own role. When you resign, you waive all rights and obligations linked to that role. You can do this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn. Once we have registered the resignation, your role will be marked as inactive. Both you and the housing cooperative will be notified.
Once the general meeting has elected a new auditor, you report this by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.

The auditor must confirm that he or she takes on the assignment.
