Make changes to your house building cooperative

New business address
The business address to a house building cooperative is to be a Norwegian street address or name of place.
When changing the address to another municipality, the articles of association have to be changed as well. This type of change must be approved by the general meeting.
When changing to a new municipality, you need to enclose

- updated articles of association
New postal address
If you would like your mail sent to a different address than the registered business address, you can report it as a postal address.
When the general meeting has elected a new board, you need to report this in the form Coordinated register notification. List the entire board as it appears after the election, including any deputy board members. New board members and deputy board members must confirm that they have taken on the assignment by signing the form.
When reporting a change in the board, you have to enclose

You report a new general manager by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
The general manager must confirm that they take on the assignment by signing the form.

When the house building cooperative changes the signature, you must report this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
You must attach
- minutes from the board meeting or the general meeting showing the assignment of signature rights, unless the entire board has signed in the form.
It must be clearly stated that the signature right is assigned, and whether it is assigned jointly or separately.
All role holders can resign from their own role. When you resign, you waive all rights and obligations linked to that role. You can do this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
Once we have registered the resignation, your role will be marked as inactive. Both you and the housing building cooperative will be notified.
Once the general meeting has elected a new auditor, you report this by submitting the form Coordinated register notification. The auditor must confirm that he or she takes on the assignment.
