Striking off a joint ownership according to the law of property

A joint ownership ceases to exist if the co-ownership is sold or terminated, or if only one owner remains. The co-owners can also decide to strike off the registered enterprise.
A joint ownership is struck off the register by submitting the form Registration in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises in Altinn.
