Striking off a joint ownership according to the law of property

A joint ownership ceases to exist if the co-ownership is sold or terminated, or if only one owner remains.

The co-owners can also decide to strike off the registered enterprise.

You have to attach

• documentation showing that the joint ownership has ceased to exist, or the minutes from the meeting of joint owners showing the decision to close the enterprise
