Digital contact information and authorisations (KoFuVi)
Last updated: 27 September 2017 .
Public administration should interact digitally with all enterprises.
In order to ensure efficient and safe digital communication, the administration is dependent on having access to digital contact information, such as information used for notifications. It is also necessary to have authorisations describing who can act on behalf of someone.
This information is vital in order to get everything set for digital interaction.
In the spring of 2015, the Brønnøysund Register Centre and other important participants in public administration performed a pre-analysis initiated by Skate (Managing and coordinating services in electronic administration) about managing digital contact information and authorisations. The pre-analysis resulted in the project Digital contact information and authorisation, with the work title KoFuVi. The object is to create a common solution for collecting and making available information.
Access to digital contact information and authorisations is a premise for safe and efficient digital communication, both within public administration and between the administration and business enterprises.
The realization of the project contributes to the government’s goal of public administration being able to communicate digitally with all enterprises. The project is due to finish its work in autumn 2018.
