Travel information
The Porvoo 13 meeting will take place on Hurtigruten / The Norwegian Coastal Voyage MS Nordkapp from Tromsø to Trondheim.
Arrival and departure
Arriving Tromsø, and departing Trondheim, is most easily done travelling by air. In that case you will arrive at Tromsø airport and depart from Trondheim airport.
You can take a taxi or bus from Tromsø airport to the city centre.
From the port in Trondheim there will be organized transport to the city centre and the airport.
Registration Tromsø
There will be a registration desk for Porvoo 13 at Rica Ishavshotel, centrally located in Tromsø, from 2 p.m. to midnight on Tuesday 8 april and all participants must register upon arrival. A luggage room will be available at the hotel the entire day of the 8th. All participants will meet in the hotel in the evening for transportation to Hurtigruten / The Norwegian Coastal Voyage.

Accommodation
The ship departs at 01.30, so participans must meet in Tromsø on Tuesday evening 8 April. Boarding is at midnight.
Booking on Hurtigruten / The Norwegian Coastal Voyage is done upon registration and payment to the Porvoo 13 meeting. Accommodation and all meals are on board the ship.
Hurtigruten / The Norwegian Coastal Voyage will arrive in Trondheim on Friday morning 11 April at 06.30.
Please notice that every participant must make their own arrangements for accommodation prior to, and after, Porvoo 13.
