The Coordinated register notification is a common form for
registration in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal
Entities, the Register of Business Enterprises, the Value Added Tax Register, the employers part of the Employer/Employee Register,
the Business Register of the National Bureau of Statistics,
and the Foundation Register.
The form is available for download. Please note that the Coordinated register notification is

Foreign nationals without a national identity number in Norway, can be assigned a D–number in connection with registration in the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The D-number is assigned by the Central Population Register and corresponds to the eleven-digit national identity number in Norway.
