The Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry has made ELMER 2 the common guidelines for user
interfaces in public forms for enterprises on the Internet. ELMER is also the Norwegian government IT standard for public forms for the private sector. The ELMER guidelines are managed by the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
