The Register of Mortgaged Moveable Property
The Register of Mortgaged Moveable Property contains information
about the judicial registration of rights and entitlements
and about mortgage on moveables. Such judicial registration
means that the right, entitlement or mortgage is registered
as an encumbrance on the person or business enterprise the
mortgaged claim concerns. If the mortgage object is a registered
motor vehicle, the encumbrance will be connected to the registration
number.
Certificate of Mortgage
This certificate shows mortgages and encumbrances on a motor
vehicle, person or business enterprise. To order a certificate
of mortgage you have to identify the motor vehicle with the
registration number, the national identity number (11 digits)
and the business enterprise with the organization number.
